Full-time, exempt position located at Sanford Aberdeen Medical Center in Aberdeen, SD.

The Chief Nursing Officer, along with the CEO, has the overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a Sanford Health Network hospital facility. This includes quality of patient care, program/care management, environmental safety, budget constraints, and responding to identified needs to ensure regulatory compliance; performing necessary delegation and coordination of clinical, operational, and managerial activities to accomplish the objectives of the departments.

Required Experience

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse school of nursing. Must maintain continuing education hours to ensure current licensure.

Prefer Master's Degree in Nursing with 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management (as appropriate). Must be an RN licensed in the state or have multi-state license privileges. Preferred membership in professional organization to delegation exempt delegation BACH_a33d1a BETS_ARC_Setter operations
